Strategy

According to the most recent asset allocation data available(December 2016, published in March 2017), the  Infrastructure asset class is underallocated by approximately USD25 million  (2%) compared to the target asset allocation of approximately USD30 million (2.5%). The actual asset allocation for Infrastructure is 0.5% and the Fund has approximately USD1150 million in total assets.  The Board is considering to start a search for an Infrastructure investment manager.

 

Other target asset allocations for the Fund include: 25% US Equities, Equities, 9% Global-ex US Equities, 10% Emerging Markets Equities, 10% Fixed Income, 5% High Yield, 5% Global-ex US Fixed Income, 3% Emerging Markets Debt, 10% Real Estate, 9% Hedge Fund of Funds, 8% Private Equity/Venture Capital, 2.5% Timber, and 1% Other Alternatives.
